Physician Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Requirements for the Physician Chief Executive Officer (CEO) include Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathy, Masters of Healthcare Admin., or similar degree desired; Licensed to practice medicine in Delaware, with Board Certification in an approved medical specialty or sub-specialty; Min. 5 years in medical practice, with 2 years in an active leadership position. Prior experience as a paid Medical Director is preferred. Must have business experience and experience supervising physicians. Experience with compensations programs also required. Develops and monitors overall operation and effectiveness of Beebe Physician Network. Serves as the liaison between Beebe Medical Center, the Physicians Network , the community and Board of Directors. It is desirable that the Physician/CEO has a limited clinical practice, but not required.
