Immediate opening for two part time or one full time Physician. We are willing to accept candidates/CV'S from the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Osteopathy, General Practice, Family Practice, and Urgent Care.
Our clinics (2) have an established patient database and the numbers are climbing rapidly. We are receiving more referrals from local Physicians who are are seeing the positive results with their patients who come to our clinics. We have recently started getting referrals from Pediatricians due to the increase of obesity in adolescence. We are a very reputable business in both locations. We have established relationships with local gyms, Nutrionists and Day Spas. At The New You Weight Loss Clinic, our primary focus is encouraging and promoting a healthier lifestyle. We educate our patients in all areas to help them achieve their goals.
The Physician in this position will see all new patients to review Medical History, review body composition analysis and determine the diet plan for each individidual. Three month evaluations by the Physician are required for all patients for them to continue with the program. There are occasional pm visists that are worked in throughout the schedule.
Salary-Will be based on full time vs. part time. For either position, an hourly rate, salary and/or percentages is optional and negotionable.
We provide Mal-Practice Insurance, Membership Due to American Society of Bariatric Physicians, tuition and dues to become Board Certified in Bariatrics.
We have two clinics located in centrol to north central Alabama, approximately 30-45 minutes driving distance apart. Our primary location is in Blount County (pop. 56K) This is one of the four fastest growing counties in Alabama. This clinic has been open nine months and has a patient database of 600-650 patients. This office targets Jefferson, St. Clair and Cullman counties. The second location is in Marshall county, (pop. 87K), has been open for six months and has a patient database of 400-450 patients. This office targets Madison, Etowah and Dekalb counties and is within minutes of beautiful Lake Guntersville.
