A permanent Orthopedic Surgeon is needed for an opportunity in northern Virginia, west of the Washington D.C. suburbs. A group of Orthopedic Surgeons is looking to expand their group through the incorporation of several new surgeons ranging from subspecialties in joint, spine, hands or sports. All of the surgeons in the group perform general orthopedic functions as well as call. The surgeon will be responsible for working both in the office and taking call with the local Emergency Department, which is shared by the physicians in the group and in the hospital. Benefits of the position include an income guarantee while on the partnership track and once partnership is obtained, the pay will change to production based. The clinic has recently undergone a new expansion with the addition of a new in-house surgical suite for any outpatient procedures.
