This board certified/board eligible general orthopaedics will be replacing another who recently left the area. Type of employment is flexible. It can be income guaranteed or hospital employed. This is a solo opportunity in a hospital owned clinic. ER on-call is 1:3. X-ray is available in the office. General ortho, spine, and small bone equipment is already available.
This community is located just southwest of Wilkes-Barre, near the Pocono Mountains and within 1.5-2 hrs of NYC and Philadelphia.
The city pop. of Berwick is 20,000 with Berwick Hospital Center (licensed for 144 beds) serving an area pop. of 75,000.
This area offers a stable local economy with a friendly and safe environment.
