- Call will be 1:3 to start, later 1:4, then 1:5
- General or General mixed with one of the following: Hand, Total Joint, Sports
- Be busy from day one with instant referrals, 4 week wait list

- Within two hours of 5 metropolitan locations
- Community population of 120k plus, service area of 500k plus
