- Replace a physician that has fallen ill--take over a waiting patient base.
- The group itself as well as the hospital administration have the best reputation around.
- Join at least 4 with 2 additional PA's. Call of 1:5 at worst.
- Strong support from everyone and an excellent referral network established.
- Service area of 120K - They feel an interest in Foot & Ankle, Joints, and/or Sports would fit very well.
- Centrally located within an hour or so to Ashville. Around 2 hours to both Knoxville, TN and Atlanta, GA.
- Compensation in the high 300K's low 400K's.
- Signing bonus, relocation, etc..
- They will also consider a stipend to a resident willing to commit now.
