Healthcare facility seeking general Orthopedic Surgeon to join one other in practice. $450,000 2 year income guarantee plus a generous $50,000 signing bonus. Productivity incentive is based on RVU's. Call schedule is 1:2. Located in western Minnesota, 22 miles from Grand Forks, ND. Work in a 25-bed critical care access hospital with a level IV Trauma unit. See 30 - 40 patients per day. Work 40 - 50 hours per week. They have 7 satellite clinics. This is not an HMO.
