Strong community need for additional orthopedic surgeons Reason for recruitment Current Danville market includes 4 Orthopedic Surgeons (demand indicates a need for 11 Orthopedic Surgeons) Verifiable out-migration of orthopedic surgery patients from Danville market Existing orthopedic providers busy in the office & O.R. Opportunity for incoming physician Sophisticated O.R. setting with 14 operating room capacity w/ block scheduling for ease of managing surgery & office schedules Ability to focus on general ortho or any ortho subspecialty Practice Overview Incoming candidate may be supported through (a) existing group, (b) hospital income guarantee, or (c) hospital employment structure Shared (1:5) unassigned E.R. call (low trauma) with local orthopedic surgeons covering only one hospital Finances Compensation range to be greater than $400K (one current orthopedic surgeon making $700K) Ultimate compensation income determined by surgeons schedule & patient volumes
