We are assisting a hospital system in the recruitment of 2 Orthopedic Surgeons to start solo practices in communities within 40 minutes of Corpus Christi, TX. Each community is close to Corpus Christi, and is currently referring their Orthopedic surgery directly into that city. Each community of 20-30,000 population wishes to recruitment a general ORS.
One community has a 4 year well equipped hospital, the other an attractive 120 bed facility. Hospital system, which is based in Corpus Christi will offer a competitive income guarantee, and overhear expenses. These are opportunities which allow for a new provider to quickly ramp up to a very busy schedule with the support of a strong primary care base, a well financed health system, and a growing economy. All with little or no competition.
