Hospital system is seeking a General Orthopedic Surgeon for solo practice opportunity. Need is due to the retirement of one of the communities surgeons and one who left the community. There are four opportunities in which a candidate can choose to work.

1) The first is as a hospital employed physician. Salary would be in the $400s. The benefits include a $27,500 annual contribution to their pension plan (upon eligibility in the plan), 403b immediately upon employment (no match), health insurance, 4 weeks vacation, 1 week off for CME, $3,500 toward CME expenses, opportunity for bonus upon meeting the expenses of the practice. They would be expecting about 10 to 12 days of call per month (including a weekend).

2) Similar to the above except done with an income guarantee.

3) A 3 person group is looking to expand into this community and would offer a partnership track.

4) A 2 person group is also looking to expand into the community and would offer a partnership track.
