Our Medical Center is seeking a Board eligible (recent graduate) or Board certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join a busy, hospital owned orthopedic practice. Compensation for the first year is a guaranteed base; second year is the greater of the guaranteed base or total RVU production; and third year is straight productivity based on RVU production.
Clinic call is 1:2 and unreferred hospital ER call is seven (7) days a month. Plans are to expand the group to include a third Orthopedist as volume dictates.
A strong primary care referral base and a medical staff of over 300 physicians provide the foundation to build a very successful practice with a cohesive, supportive medical staff.
Requirements Candidates must be board eligible (recent graduates) or board certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
