Mississippi Orthopedic Surgery

This is an employed position. We pay all malpractice and provide staff and equipment. Guaranteed salary for the first two years. We are offering $400,000. However, final salary will depend on the surgeon's skill set. At the end of two years physician moves to a production model. Our model is the physician receives 50% of his/her GROSS billings. This is a general Orthopedic Surgeon position. Surgeon must be BC/BE and(at a minimum) do trauma care, fractures, simple backs, total joints, Arthroscopy,carpel tunnel, etc. Surgeon will have the assistance of an experienced Orthopedic PA. Our Imaging Dept is state-of-the-art and includes digital X-Ray and PACS. Surgeon must desire life in a small town (10K) in N Central Montana with safe streets and extremely friendly people. Practically unlimited outdoors activities available. Our draw area is the size of Mass. Surgeon will be VERY busy!
