Describe the practice opportunity: We are a group of five community based ortho surgeons looking to add another member. We practice of out of only one hospital and take general ortho call from the emergency room and group call one in five nights. ER call is light. We have two offices, one is associated with a surgi-center. We have a nurse practitioner and physician assistant in the office. Very fair compensation formula based mostly on productivity with a component of profit sharing. Very solid group of people looking for another sold member.
