Excellent opportunity for an Orthopedic Surgeon 1 hour from Des Moines. Employed position with guarantee of $500K for the first 2 years and a $40K signing bonus. Loan repayment and home closing costs included in benefits package. Full health care coverage for entire family as well. General Orthopedist needed who is experienced in laps, endo, and bread/butter cases. Will consider candidates who need H1-B waivers.
