Northern New York facility in immediate need of replacing retiring Ophthalmologist. Draw area of 50K. General w/extra specialty training welcome. Will see 15-20 patients daily, 10-15 cataract/week with quick OR turnaround, minimal call, hospital 100% supportive of new office with equipment as needed for successful clinical practice. Financial package includes base salary of $297K plus $20K sign-on bonus, $15K relocation allowance, production bonuses, 5 weeks vacation/CME plus $4K expenses, 13 sick days, 10 paid holidays, malpractice, health, life, dental, vision, pension plan, LT/ST disability, option of remaining as hospital employee or 2 year guarantee. Client is actively interviewing and ready to hire for fall/winter 2008 start date. Recent graduates as well as seasoned Ophthalmology specialist welcome to apply. Must be BE/BC with active NY license preferred.
