Auburn Regional Medical Center in Auburn, WA is assisting in the recruitment of a new Oncologist to the community. This is a great opportunity for an Oncologist to join an established, very busy private practice group.
The practice treats all kinds of cancer - medical and hematology. There are currently 6 physicians in the practice and 3 mid level clinicians. The physicians are Medical, Hematology and Radiation Oncologists. The clinic is well managed including stable practice administration, business office staff, clinical support teams and lab personnel. There is on site lab and dispensary which allows for patient convenience and clinical care efficiency.
The practice has 3 office locations in the area however the new Oncologist will work at the new expanded Auburn location. It is expected the Auburn office will become the flagship location for the center. There is a large referral base and strong demand for expanded oncologic services in the Auburn area. It is expected the new physician will be busy in practice quickly. This practice is an environment that is professional, collegial, compassionate and dedicated to patient care.
A highly competitive compensation package is being offered that will include salary, bonus plan, benefits and more. Great call schedule - week nights and weekends are equally shared among the physicians and mid-levels.
