Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network is a not-for-profit community hospital with a reputation for exceptional patient care. The network includes three hospital campuses in the contiguous cities of Allentown and Bethlehem, a multi-specialty physician group with 330 members and various health care services including occupational medicine, rehabilitation, home health, laboratory, pharmacy and health management. The hospital network records over 43,000 admissions, 4,500 Level 1 trauma admissions, 3,300 births and 110,000 emergency department visits annually. It is a major teaching campus of Penn States College of Medicine in Hershey, and has 18 free standing residency/fellowship programs. LVHHN is the largest employer in the community with approximately 8,800 employees.

Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network has an immediate opening for an experienced BC/BE occupational medicine/IM/FP/ER physician to join its well established program with strong market share. MRO certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain. The full-time position offers the camaraderie of 10 occupational medicine physicians, 3 nurse practitioners, 5 nurses, and a proven administration and sales staff. There are no weekend hours or call schedule. The practice includes employment/sports physicals, DOT, workers comp injuries with a significant amount of musculoskeletal cases, follow-ups, drug testing, travel medicine, on-site xray and rehab.

Health care is clearly a major driver of the economy along with leading companies such as Olympus, B.
