Terrific hospital employed Urgent Care/OCC MED opportunity in Woodburn, OR. Clinic is open 8A to 8P, 7 days per week. Clinic currently has 3 physicians and 2 mid-level providers. Physicians are typically working 3 to 4 days per week and are working 10 hour shifts. See 30 to 50 patients per day. Hospital is looking for someone to take over Medical Director Role. Administrative role would take around 4 hours per week. About 65% of the visits are urgent care and 35% are occupational medicine. Mid-level providers are well versed in occupational medicine work. Clinic is losing one physician who has opted for an opportunity closer to his home. Compensation in the $200K range + malpractice, health, 4 weeks vacation/CME, $2,500 CME, 401-K, sign on bonus, relocation, etc. Hospital is considering board-certified family practice or occupational medicine physicians for this opportunity.
