CHD Meridian Healthcare, a subsidiary of I-trax, Inc, a leading provider of integrated workplace health and productivity management solutions, is seeking a flexible, self-motivated Physician for a major manufacturing facility located in Bangor, Maine.
We are seeking a physician with occupational health ER or orthopedic experience. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a team-based model serving our clients employees by providing occupational health injury and illness assessments. Position hours are 2 hours per week. Candidates should be dedicated to quality patient care and customer satisfaction.
