A locum tenens physician is needed to perform compensation and pension exams at the VA Medical Center in Iowa City, Iowa. The board certified or board eligible Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine physician will help determine the level of disability compensation that Veterans receive. The assignment will begin in December of 2009 and continue for four months. As with many VA job opportunities, a medical license from any U.S. state or territory is all that is required. Your airfare, rental car, lodging and malpractice insurance will be provided for this assignment. The community of Iowa City is bursting with things to see and do.
