We are the only clinic offering Occupational Medicine services to our community and county.
Board Certified or Eligible: yes - must be certified within 5 years post residency
Compensation/Salary: MGMA
Solo, Employed, Partnership Track, Join Group (details needed)
Employed - 15 days vacation; 5 CME days with $3,500 allowance
The Urgent Care/Occ Med clinic is in Pace, FL. and is directly across from Wal-mart which is obviously one of the busiest intersection in Pace and/or Milton.
Call Schedule for Group: The Urgent Care clinic covers during the hours that the Occ Med clinic is not open. There is no "on call schedule" only hours of operation.
Unassigned Call: N/A.
Hours (Monday - Friday)
8am to 5pm
How long has practice been in business?
Urgent Care: 10 months
Occ Med clinic: 5 months
Volumes:
Per Day requirements: Minimum 25-30
Hospital Consults: No
Procedures: Trigger point, arthrocentesis, Joint injections large and small, suture, foreign body removal and other procedures normally performed in an occ med clinic.
Describe the practice they will be joining or starting?
It is a 10 year old facility that had a lot of renovation to the floor walls etc. There is currently an Urgent Care physician during the week and other physicians in the community who cover weekends holidays etc.

9 total exam rooms. Currently the clinic only performs CLIA waived testing but we are working on getting our moderate CLIA certification so we can use a CBC machine. There is an X-ray on site which has been upgraded from a film X-ray to a digital X-ray. We also have a new hearing booth with a Welch Allen testing device, Phoenix BAT, PFT machine EKG and Dynometer.
