We are assisting a health system in western Wisconsin with the recruitment of a 6th OBGYN for their group practice. Health system currently has approximately 200 physicians of which 5 are OBGYN providers. In addition, the dept also has 5 Midwives.
Due to continued growth, they seek to add a 6th physician. Call will be shared evenly on a 1 in 6 rotation. Last year, these providers delivered 900 births, in addition to their GYN responsibilities. Deliveries and surgeries are done at their 345 bed hospital, with a level III nursery. A competitive starting salary, RVU incentive plan, and comprehensive benefits package awaits the new provider.
