Our Hospital (221 beds) is seeking to assist a local group by recruiting two additional OB/GYN's. Call will be 1:3
Our HOSPITAL, a 221-bed facility established in 1963, serves the needs of more than 28,000 area residents. The hospital boasts a medical staff of almost 100 physicians representing a wide range of specialties, such as cardiology, nephrology, urology and general surgery. A full range of services is provided by the hospital, including a 24-hour emergency room, cardiac rehabilitation, a sleep disorders center, obstetric/gynecological services, surgery, skilled and long-term care, behavioral health, home health and hospice. Southampton Memorial Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and is licensed by the Virginia State Department of Health.
