Call will be shared on a 1 in 5 rotation. New provider can expect see an average of 28 patients in the office, and 10 deliveries per month. Physicians work 4 days per week, 9 to 4. Hospital will provide the initial income guarantee, and full benefits package.
After the income period, the compensation model converts to a production based plan, which also includes partnership into the group. The group is well established and enjoys a high retention rate of their providers.
