CONSULT PATIENTS BY TELEPHONE / TELEMEDICINE - $150 - $250+ PER HOUR Leading National HealthCare / Telemedicine Company searching for a select group of physicians to provide Telemedicine Consultations through our Secure Telemedicine Consultation System via an online, telephone and secure email interaction to referred patients seeking to obtain Telemedical consultations and possible refills of prescription medications, when appropriate (no controlled medication). Our pioneering Telemedicine programs and services provide patients with much needed access to healthcare from the comfort of their home or work. We are searching for physicians specializing in emergency medicine, family practice, general/ internal medicine, OBGYN/Gynecology, Pediatrics, Cardiovascular Disease, Cardiology, Oncology, Urology, Psychiatry, Dermatology, Neurology, Pain Management or other various specialties to join our expanding practice to provide superior patient care affiliated with our Telemedicine Consultation Program (TCP).

We have proven solutions that reduce unnecessary visits to the doctor or emergency room, allowing members alternatives to visiting their primary care physician for purely informational and other basic reasons. This correlates to less time off work, reducing sick-leave absenteeism 20-50% or more and reducing overall healthcare costs by as much as 10-25%.

MISSION - Our mission is to bridge the gap between physicians and those in need while helping to reduce healthcare costs through the use of medical consultations given via the phone or secure email. From those who live in rural areas, those who do not have insurance or recently lost their insurance, and even to those who seek convenient and affordable care can benefit from these types of medical consultations.

COMPENSATION - Our physicians average 5-10 minutes for each consultation and are paid every Friday for the prior week. As an example of compensation, some current physicians review 10+ patients per shift and average $150 - $250+ per hour. Additionally, you have the freedom to set your own schedule, allowing you the freedom to control the level of compensation you desire.

TELEMEDICINE CONSULTATION PROGRAM (TCP) - Our Telemedicine Consultation Program connects patients seeking complementary methods of treatment from simple ask-a-doctor consultations by phone to full telemedicine consults with e-health solutions involving e-prescribing for preventative, maintenance, and long-term and/or chronic conditions. Through our various e-health outreach programs, we remove the many barriers that currently exist between patients and physicians - geographical, economical and psychological - that discourage people from seeking needed preventative and/or ongoing health care.

TELEMEDICINE CONSULTS - By logging into a secure physician administration page, the physician will pull up his Telemedicine Case Queue containing new By Appointment Consultation telemedicine cases with medical records, histories and possible refill requests. Each case will have three possible components: 1. EMR Review (Physician review) 2. TeleConsult (Physician consults patient by phone) 3. E-prescribing

Physicians establish a bona-fide patient/physician relationship as required by strict Telemedicine Standards and laws in state of licensure. With years of experience in Telemedicine, we provide Telemedicine Standards, policies, and procedures that are HIPAA compliant, protecting privacy at the highest levels and adhere to all federal, state and local regulations. All physicians comply completely with all state and federal rules relating to telemedicine prescriptions. The physician contacts patients referred to the physician for a By Appointment consultations via phone to discuss their condition and questions, as well as logging on through a secure online connection to access and review each cases electronic medical records (EMR), medical history documentation and potential medication request as well as the reason for the current consultation.

HOW IT WORKS - Our members will request a consultation which will be routed to the physician based on your schedule for On Call and By Appointment consultations. By Appointment Consultations will also have the patients Medical Record, Medical Assessment and History. During the consultations, the physician and patient discuss the patients medical issue, or questions. Based on the discussion and information from the Medical Assessment form, you may determine the probable issues and possible treatment plan. If warranted, for the By Appointment Consultation, you can prescribe a non-controlled medication through our e-prescribing system which will be routed to the patients local pharmacy or shipped directly to the patient next day through our Pharmacy Network. NO CONTROLLED MEDICATIONS ARE PRESCRIBED.
