We are scheduling interviews with this large team of OB/GYN physicians adding another physician due to growth. The call schedule will be at least 1:6 if not better. This group offers a generous employment agreement which includes an excellent compensation and fringe benefits plan. They provide comprehensive professional liability insurance, retirement plan, generous CME and paid time off. They have a proven outstanding record of delivering high quality womens health services and receiving high patient ratings. Each physician does around 125-150 deliveries per year. You will have a Monday Friday office schedule, no clinic schedule on call days and off work on your post call day. The group has a full scope GYN practice with major and minor procedure days. You will have excellent access to GYN-Oncology, perinatology and NICU physicians. We think you will enjoy their collegial working environment, efficient scheduling, billing and clinical support systems including digital imaging and EMR.
