104 bed hospital currently employs a 4 physician group practice, and due to continued growth, seek a 5th provider. Call will be shared equally. New physician can expect to ramp up to a delivery volume in the 150 range or greater, in addition to a busy GYN component. This group is the only OBGYN service in the area, drawing a patient base from 6 counties. Hospital will offer a competitive starting salary, RVU and quality incentive plan calculated quarterly, and full hospital benefits including OCCURANCE MALPRACTICE.
