University community of 30,000 is located two hours from St. Louis. Health Center has 18 providers, 2 of which are OBGYNs. Call will be shared on a 1 in 4 rotation, with another private practice physician in town. Deliveries and surgeries are performed at the local state of the art hospital with a level II nursery. Competitive starting salary, incentive plan, OCCURANCE type malpractice, and full benefits are offered.
NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS
Community of 10,000 is located 90 minutes by train from Chicago. Critical Access hospital has 25 beds and seeks a second OBGYN. Call can be including 2 FPs who have C section privileges, bring the rotation to 1 in 4. This position has a heavier slant towards GYN. Options: join the existing provider, solo with income guarantee, hospital employment.
WESTERN OHIO
Community of 11,000 with a draw of 40,000 is located 40 minutes from Ft. Wayne, IN. Area also includes a 9M performing arts center, and a nearby college campus.
100-bed hospital will offer an employment agreement with competitive salary, full benefits, and RVU incentive plan. Area has 1 OBGYN and seeks a second. Call will be shared evenly. New provider can expect to ramp up to 150 deliveries or more.
