BE/BC OBGYN. Call is 1:3. The schedule provides for 32 hours a week in the clinic, averaging 4 patients an hour. Surgeries are scheduled on day per week, with an average of 4 surgeries a week. They rotate the schedule for evenings and Saturdays. Compensation starts at $180,000 salary plus a bonus for meeting productivity goals for patient encounters (4 per hour). Bonuses are paid quarterly, and the annual amount is approximately $13,000. Doctors also receive $250 per delivery, and they have about 400 deliveries a year. Standard benefits include company paid medical, dental, and vision. life insurance, and supp. Life is available. Same for STD and LTD coverage, which is provided by company with the option to purchase supp coverage. Company paid retirement. CME stipend is $2,800/yr and 2 days.
