Growing area of the Phoenix, AZ area adding another OB/GYN. We are scheduling interviews with this well established private practice of seven OB/GYN physicians bringing on another due to growth. Studies show obstetrics will be strong for at least the next 15 years. The practice has partnership after two years and a call schedule of 1:8. They offer complete obstetrical and gynecologic care including prenatal care, delivery, postpartum care, in office colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, LEEP procedure, cryotherapy, well woman exams, 3D/4D Ultrasound, infertility workup, cholesterol management, contraceptive management, menopausal management, pelvic floor relaxation detection and management, stress incontinence, TVT procedure for incontinence, and STD detection and management. Very attractive salary with a potential of making in the $280K range year one and year two with a full benefits package. Group will offer a 2 year partnership track. Once all partners are in place the earning potential will be between $350,000 and $450,000. Negotiable signing bonus and relocation assistance.
