St. Marys Hospital in Enid, Oklahoma is helping the two neurosurgeons in town locate a third for their busy practice.
They have one office and have privileges at both hospitals in town, although they do 99% of their work at St. Marys Hospital. They do between 500 600 cases each year and 75% of their practice is spine. They do general neurosurgery including head trauma, brain tumors, etc. They do very little pediatrics and their trauma load is low. Most of the trauma involves car accidents. They do surgery every day and each of them has one-half day off each week. They usually operate together and they have two ORs at the hospital.
The physicians have a professional corporate and share expenses in the office. Their income in based on their own production. They will provide a competitive salary plus fringe benefits. Partnership would be available after one to two years.
