The incoming Neurosurgeon will move to production after the first year and receive 80% of everything after the break-even point! This is a solo opportunity with cross coverage of 1:5. The new surgeon can opt to join a multi-specialty clinic, but will have their own cost center. Candidates can expect to perform general bread and butter neurosurgery and to become the fourth neurosurgeon in a service area of 700,000, so there will be an immediate patient base and guaranteed success. A benefits package is also provided with this offering. Starting Salary is $500K + production incentives. There is a $20K sign on bonus along with paid relocation, possible tail coverage, and an established referral system!
