Wellington Regional Medical Center is assisting an established Neurosurgery private practice in the recruitment of a new Neurosurgeon to the practice and community. There is great community need and low competition in the specialty.
The practice is currently 1 Neurosurgeon, a PA, 2 Medical Assistants and a highly efficient front/business office. The practice does cases at one hospital WRMC. The new Neurosurgeon will see approximately 30 patients per day and cases will be spine and brain procedures. Trauma cases are few. Call coverage is not heavy as the PA does a large part of the consultation work.
A highly competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered as well as partnership.
