Ideal candidate will be a board certified or board eligible neurosurgeon proficient in general neurosurgery, including spine and cranial work, as well as radiosurgery. Physicians with an interest in deep brain stimulation, epilepsy and movement disorders would be a welcome addition to the team.

Neurosurgery Program Development

Our facility Neurosurgery features a comprehensive spine center, a 24/7 regional stroke alert team, as well as triage, diagnosis and treatment of patients with spinal disorders. Collaboration with Saint Vincent Sports Medicine and ancillary staff ensures that the neurosurgeons consultations include only appropriate surgical candidates. Comprehensive physical therapy is located within the same building complex.

Our Neurosurgery performs over 500 procedures annually with a mix of 60% spine and 40% cranial (including outpatient gamma knife procedures). All spinal surgery at the health center is performed by the neurosurgeons.
