Portland, Oregon -- The Providence Brain Institute at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Epilepsy Neurologist. Providence Brain Institute (PBI) is the Northwests premier neurosciences program, with established neuroscience programs including MS, Stroke, ALS, Parkinsons, epilepsy, neurosurgery, orthopedic spine surgery, neuroradiology, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, neuroimaging, neuropatholgy, and Perfection Gamma Knife. Our new Neurologist will join a busy six-member practice and have referral connections to our large primary care network. St Vincent currently has a two-bed EMU unit in our 528-bed hospital. PBI provides excellent clinical research support staff for clinical trials and has a new intraoperative MRI OR suite to support our growing cranial neurosurgical program. Experience required in intraoperative-evoked potential monitoring and corticographies. Call is 1:7, and should be 1: 9 by the middle to end of 2010. Excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits.
