We will pay all expenses including, malpractice, advertising, nursing staff, billing, phones, supplies, everything, etc. Competitive income guarantee with profit shearing as well as paid vacation and relocation. You will receive a monthly production bonus of 33%, or an income guarantee, whichever is greater. You should earn in excess of $145K+ the first year with 25 days off per year paid after 6 months.

A new office with established patients in the beautiful West Central area of Staunton, Virginia seeks an associate. The practice was established in 1996 and has grown steadily since its inception. Seeing 25 - 40 patients a day per provider (and having to turn many away) at our newly renovated 13,000 square foot facility, we are seeking to establish a Multi-Specialty group of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and Cardiology and offer X-ray and complete lab work as well!
The area is somewhat underserved per capita with a number of practices closed to new patients; therefore growing a practice is pretty easy! Hospital and/or nursing home care are optional. Patients are mostly adults and children over 10 years old; some urgent care also. We prefer a full time associate, but will consider part time. Within the general standards of care, please feel free to practice your kind of medicine. Youll have your own exam rooms, CMA, phlebotomist, and whatever else you need to practice productively and the way you like! Student, Resident, NP & PA teaching opportunities are available, if you are interested. No nights, weekends, holidays, or call either (unless you want)!
We will provide aggressive advertising for you by all means possible starting immediately... News, Yellow Pages, On-Line, GO Pages, Rays & Krogers Prescription Bags, etc. The Physician we hire will be pleasantly busy from the start! We get some daily walk-ins and constant calls! Currently, we are scheduling out months for chronic-care follow-up visits. We will provide all of your credentialing paperwork simply for you to sign.
