- Private Family Practice group is replacing a physician due to serious family issue
- Take over full practice seeing all ages in office only - - up to 24 patients daily
- Practice admits all patients to hospitalist service (except for newborn hospital visits and a few hospitalized children)
- Phone call of 1:4 is triaged by mid levels so doctors hardly ever are called
- Work a four-day week, Monday - Friday, no nights and no weekends
- Partnership will be offered after three years
- Group is especially warm, caring, collegial and stable - - seek similar physician who wants to make a long-term commitment
- Malpractice paid
- Four weeks vacation year two, three weeks vacation year one, 8 paid holidays, one week sick leave
