local, well established, very busy, primary care practice is looking for an internal medicine physician willing to see both in and outpatients. The first year salary is guaranteed with a base and productivity incentive after the first year. This is an opportunity for the "instant practice" with a full schedule of patients from day one. There is also the possibility of partnership and call is 1:4. Compensation and benefits are very competative. The practice is very progressive and high tech with EMR, x-ray, dexa scanner and lab.
