* $180K minimum starting salary with experience * Physician moving to 100% ID practice leaving a primary care IM practice to be taken over * Light call schedule of 1-5, No ER call ever * 4-day work week * Well equipped 200 bed regional referral center spending over 100 million to upgrad * First two years are salary or RVU production whichever greater * RVU production in year three plus 25K in paid vacation on top of your income * 7 weeks PTO in year three * Large office space located in the hospital * CME Stipend (3K), Two distinct retirement programs one fully funded by hospital * This is a quality of life practice with excellent compensation
