Group is physician lead and self-governed. Group is part of system that owns hospitals in Washington, Oregon and Alaska. There are 12 internal medicine physicians at the Longview location. Mostly outpatient practice. Group has hired 5 hospitalists. Position should be purely outpatient by late summer. $180K to $190K compensation + malpractice, health, disability, 5 weeks vacation/CME, 403-B, 2nd and 3rd year completion bonus, etc. Go on lucrative RVU model after year one!!
