Join a multi-specialty group in private practice. The group seeks the ideal candidate (family practice or internal medicine) interested in a traditional or outpatient practice setting. Physician may choose to utilize the hospitals Hospitalist Program for inpatients or share in a call arrangement with other physicians. Expect to see 20-25 patients per day. The practice has 20,000+ active charts and an attractive payor mix. Teaching opportunities are available at the osteopathic medical school in Blacksburg.
Salary Range:
$170,000-$175,000.
Recruitment incentive package may include income support, sign- on bonus, student loan repayment, stipend for last year residents, relocation allowance and marketing.
Area does not qualify for J-1 candidates. No H1B positions. Board certification required through the AOA or the American Board of Medical Specialties (unless residency has just been completed). MD or DO accepted.
The practice consists of 3 physicians and one nurse practitioner and is located directly behind the hospital. The practice facility is a brand-new state-of-the-art complex with spacious exam rooms and offices. The successful and financially profitable practice offers a two year partnership track with no buy-in. Two opportunities currently exist within this practice.
