Join other internists in a practice just south of Houston in a small semi rural community. There is no call but you will rotate in the clinic one Saturday a month. You will become an immediate partner with minority voting rights the first year and full partnership year two with no buy in cost. Be part of an expanding multi-specialty group near Houston. There is no state income tax and land is available and inexpensive. We offer a full benefit program for the physician and help cover their families. You will start in the $150k range more with experience. The combination of a fully functioning practice and light call will give you an excellent work leisure balance.

The rural city has a local population of 10,000 and has a service draw of 41,500. It is nestled on the banks of the Colorado River just an hour's drive out the Southwest Freeway from Houston. The area has a strong industrial and agricultural economy. Excellent schools and the University of Houston are nearby for higher education. This beautiful community is a paradise for birdwatchers and sportsmen. From antiques to fashion, their shops will delight you. Come stroll along the banks of the Colorado River. You can fish from a pier, bicycle on nature trails, picnic, or take the kids for a romp at this 17-acre riverside. Historic downtown is mecca for the antique hunter. You can walk from shop to shop and when you done you can enjoy a great lunch or dinner from one of the fine downtown restaurants. This is a delightful place to live, work, and have a good quality of life.
