Join another internist with an established practice as a hospital employee. All specialties are represented to obtain their support. Work at a hospital with over 150 beds and 200 physicians. Call will be shared, but hospitalists available. Guaranteed starting salary in the $185,000 range, $25,000 signing bonus, $15,000 relocation assistance and $10,000 for visa sponsorship. Full benefits package (cafeteria plan) includes malpractice, health insurance, disability, etc.

This is a medium sized community with an urban growth area that includes more than 60,000 people, located in the banana belt of Oregon. Four of the nicest things are its seasons. The county has been compared geographically and climatologically with Italy and Southern France. The summer humidity is delightfully low and snowfall is not seen often on the valley floor. There are great schools and lots of parks. It enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, fishing, running, swimming, tennis, golf, water skiing, etc. You are only an hours drive from the Pacific Ocean beaches, metropolitan cities, and the mountains for snow skiing.
