Oregon Internal Medicine

Private practice, single specialty, incorporated internal medicine group located on the campus of Providence St. Vincent Hospital in Portland Oregon. They have two separate office suites, which have separate physician and office staffs, but they share a corporate business office with a staff of five, and a full service lab and limited x-ray unit with a bone density scanner. Each suite currently has five physicians. Seeking a recently trained internist, but would consider an experience physician within 10 years of residency. BC/BE. ABIM certification required. A moderate degree of involvement in running the operated business is required. Each physician has scheduled office hours seven hours per day four days per week with a full day off. They care for their own patients in the hospital, but the hospital work is light with an individual physician census averaging 0-2 patients and weekend rounds on 3-5 patients. Call is rotated equally 1:5 and every fifth weekend. Paperless records.
