Opportunity Description: Board eligible/board certified MD/DO in family practice, with an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Ohio. Some primary care experience is preferred; a desire to work in a community health center and a strong commitment to improving health outcomes is required. Interpersonal skills that contribute to a productive team are essential. Community Type and Description: ONE Health is a large federally qualified health center system with facilities in Mahoning, Trumbull and Stark counties. In Fall 2009, two mobile health vans will be added to help serve our rapidly growing population. ONE Health has been in existence for over twenty years and provides diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health services. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and sliding fee patients.
