Join a group with two other physicians in a well-established practice. It is a traditional Internal Medicine practice. Call will be 1:4. The hospital is over 200-beds with 16-ICU beds. There is a guaranteed salary with the group's benefits. See 15-20 patients a day. Round at only one hospital.
