Unique opportunity to join a growing practice with one physician and one nurse practitioner 45 minutes north of New York City. The office has both a lab and x-ray on site. Work Monday to Friday in the office seeing about 15 patients per day. They focus on spending time with each patient and building relationships. They also share in Saturday morning office hours which will go to 1 in 3 with the new doctor. They admit to only one hospital. They share in a larger call group which is 1 in 10. They do round Monday to Friday on their own patients in the hospital and the census ranges from 0 to 6 patients. The office also does some integrative medicine to include subletting an office to an acupuncturist, nutritionist and massage therapist. They are offering a very competitive salary and it is based on experience. They cover malpractice and full benefits that include health/dental, 401k, CME allowance with time off and vacation. The community is very quant and historic and its a summer vacation area. It sits right on the Hudson River and is South of Newburgh.
