Internal medicine-NY-Join a multispecialty group consisting of 11 IM's, 11 peds, 3 ob/gyn's, 1 nurse midwife, 4 PA's, 2 NP's. They have 5 office sites and had 114,640 patient visits last year. Formal affiliations with a 550 bed tertiary center. They offer a competitive salary structure, an incentive plan and an extensive benefit package. Lower cost of living than most areas of NY. Located only 45 minutes to Rochester, 1 hr to Syracuse, 6 hrs from NYC and Montreal, 8 hrs to Boston and DC. They offer a nice balance between urban and rural. We also have a significant population of urban commuters. Wayne County is bordered to the north by Lake Ontario and to the south by the Finger Lakes region, both of which offer fabulous sailing and fishing. Winter offers nearby skiing. Schools are sound. Metropolitan Rochester is approaching 600,000 population, and offers a complete spectrum of activities. We feel our practice situation offers the advantages of country living, a diverse but reasonably contained patient population, and a high degree of professional and personal satisfaction.
