Integrity Healthcare: Poughkeepsie Area-4 day work week
Join an 8 person group in the Poughkeepsie area. There are 8 physicians, 6 PAs and Nurse Practitioners. You will work a 4 day work week. You will see 20-25 patients per day. Call schedule 1 in 9 nights. Will do inpatient and outpatient work. The group has hospitalist that do rounding during the week. Census is 3-15. Payer mix is 60% Medicare, 30% managed care, 10% private pay. The group is affiliated with 2 hospitals which have 300 beds each. This community is 1 hour and 15 minutes from New York City. It is also in close proximity to NJ, PA and MA. The salary is based on MGMA national average. It is 80% income guarantee and 20% productivity. The group will pay for the malpractice insurance and full benefits.
