CLINIC PHYSICIAN
Full time position for a Internist or Family Physician for a large, University affiliated, substance abuse treatment clinic in the Bronx, NY. Dynamic opioid pharmacotherapy site provides on-site primary medical care, including HIV and Hepatitis C care, integrated with substance abuse treatment and psychiatric services in a new, state-of-the-art facility.
Role includes direct ambulatory and in-patient care, participation in quality improvement activities, medical staff oversight and opportunities for teaching and research. Colleagues include a great group of primary care Internists and Family Practitioners dedicated to providing high quality care to an underserved, urban patient population.
Experience in ambulatory care essential. Experience in substance abuse treatment and HIV care preferred. Board eligibility required.
