• Any unrestricted active state license
• Mostly Outpatient, some Inpatient. Prefer Invasive procedures, but not mandatory. If Hospitalist is accepted, the case load will be all Inpatient.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Monday - Friday 8a-5p with call responsibilities
• NPI required; BLS and ACLS preferred
• Computer Literate
• Long-term availability preferred
